We all have a “favourite language” we speak and understand better. When others speak "our language", we filter out a lot less information. Use this chance to learn more about the 6 languages of connection.
Would it be helpful to know a clear "recipe" for managing stress? To recognise the first signs of distress and know what to do about it? Process Communication Model has a number of useful answers.
If you'd know what are your main psychological needs, which if you'd meet, would charge your batteries and bring you back to productive behaviours... would that help?
Use the power of applied psychology to improve your life:
increase self-awareness, improve your communication and learn how to better manage stress: in yourself and others.

Though PCM is based on psychological studies and we also go into some neuroscience aspects, these are all explained in a simple manner, easily understandable
1. Make yourself heard – you will recognise how people perceive and interpret the world and thus, you'll be able to adapt your communication for efficient exchanges. You'll "speak their language".
2. Recognise stress from its beginnings – you will learn what are the signs of distress - from the very first start. We all have different ways of reacting under stress, but there are some clear patterns you will now be aware of.
3. Improve your stress management abilities – PCM offers a clear path to managing stress; you'll need to observe and recognise behaviours and then you'll know what to do to reduce stress levels - in yourself and others.
4. Keep yourself and others motivated – PCM teaches us that if we meet our psychological needs, we charge our batteries and return to productive behaviours. You can do this for yourself and for others.

Magda is so ‘giving’ by character. She goes above and beyond what you’d expect, providing so much more insight knowledge and value. She knows her stuff too, inside out and back to front, which I found so reassuring. It’s like she has considered every possible question in advance and found the answer. During her delivery of ‘Process Communication Model’, she showed great stamina, enthusiasm, empathy and compassion (both with the subject and the attendees), alongside her unquestionable knowledge and skill putting the materials across.
Don’t be fooled by the name ‘Process Communication Model’. It is one of the most detailed and complete personality tools I’ve seen. I particularly love how it explains my individual psychological needs; what happens when I don’t get my needs met and what occurs under stress, and then remarkably, what I can do about it. Similarly, 'Process Communication Model', helps me have a much deeper understanding of others and how I can recognise their stresses and how I can help them.
I can’t think of a business, or role within any company where knowing this couldn’t help; productivity; profit; engagement; well-being; and teamwork. I would recommend that your business invests in ‘Process Communication Model’ training, for your people, with ‘The PCM Lady’ Magda Tabac.
If your business doesn’t invest in this for you, get in touch with Magda direct, and book yourself onto one of her open courses. It’s a fantastic course delivered by an amazing lady.

The model has helped me to understand so much - not just about myself but also about all other personality types. PCM provides excellent tools and techniques for learning about yourself and others, and for identifying how we can all communicate better with others and deal with distress more effectively.
Magda has a wonderful delivery style. She knows her stuff inside out and is so generous about sharing her time, knowledge and excellent materials. Her passion for PCM shines through in every interaction. She is knowledgeable, warm, energetic and enthusiastic. She makes everyone feel extremely comfortable, welcomes all questions and consistently meets the needs and exceeds the expectations of each delegate.
I highly recommend Magda as a trainer and PCM as a topic if you want to increase your self-awareness and improve your communication skills - both on a personal level as well as professionally."

No, absolutely not. I take care to introduce all the topics in an easy to understand, engaging manner. We'll have a lot of case studies where we'll be able to practice all the topics. All questions are welcome!
Before our first session, you will need to fill in a personality questionnaire, so that I can share with you your PCM Personality Profile in our first day. We will work based on it the whole time, and it offers a wealth of information about you.
No, but you can choose to do so. In my experience, the more we share about ourselves in a session (I share a lot about myself too), the more we learn and the better we understand our profiles and what makes us tick. However, I will only share your profile with you and it is up to you if you want to share it or not.
Following the course you can book two discounted 1h PCM-based coaching discussions with me to further embed your learning, shed light on any particular troublesome relationships and/or work on your personalised action plan. Also, I strongly recommend you to join my newsletter and read my blog, as I regularly write about PCM applied to our daily lives.
The training is held virtually using the Zoom platform. Join in online from the comfort of your own home! There will also be a private Facebook group where you can network with your fellow participants, share ideas, and upload weekly tasks.
Process Communication Model is a very useful course both in the business environment, as well as in our personal life (it's quite amazing for couples and parents-children relationships too). You will find elements that can serve both your professional life and your personal life in this course.
